I’ve seperated the supplements that people living with HIV (PLWA) can take into 2 groups due to the high costs involved. Level 4a and 4b.
If at all possible it is highly advisable to take at least the 4a approach.
The supplements listed in the Level 4 group should be decided upon under the auspice of a trained health practitioner.
It contains antioxidants and plant based products that have solid scientific backing for its use Other supplements that support the immune system 1) Salmon Oil or Linseed oil: Minimum 3000mg per day
2) Plant sterols and sterolins.
3) L-Glutamine amino acid: 3 – 5 grams per day
